During my stay, I had a great Xmas experience at the hotel. The convenience of having free parking and being close to shopping centers made it really easy to explore the area. the staff's helpfulness and friendliness during my stay was superb. the hotel's amenities and location were great for my holiday getaway.

It interfered with my trip schedule and affected my freedom of movement. not being informed about the inability to come and go as I please, or get out of the room in case of an emergency was concerning.
